Your information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
This policy explains what information One Fast Page collects through this website, why it is needed and how it is handled.
The enquiry and project brief forms collect only the details needed to reply, prepare your website and manage an agreed project. The information is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.
1. Who is responsible for your information
One Fast Page is an independent UK website service operated by T Biro. One Fast Page is the data controller for information used to respond to enquiries and provide agreed website services.
For a privacy request, use the website enquiry form and write Privacy request in the message.
2. Information collected
When you use the enquiry form, the information collected may include your name, business name, type of work, email address and anything you choose to write in the message.
If you are invited to complete the project brief, the information may also include a phone number, service area, services and prices, opening hours, public contact details, website goals, domain information, social links, reviews, design preferences, deadlines, logos, photos, documents and file-sharing links that you choose to provide.
The website hosting and security services may also process essential technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, time of request and basic security logs.
3. Why the information is used
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To prepare a quote and take steps you request before a contract.
- To prepare website wording, design and project recommendations from a brief you submit.
- To provide and manage an agreed website project.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet accounting, legal or regulatory duties when they apply.
The usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing an agreed contract, complying with legal duties and the legitimate interests of operating a secure enquiry service.
4. Form processing and service providers
The enquiry and project brief forms are sent through FormSubmit and then delivered to the One Fast Page business inbox. Files attached to a project brief are transmitted through FormSubmit with the form. If you include a file-sharing link, the linked service has its own privacy terms and access settings. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained for 30 days. You can read the provider's documentation.
Payments are requested separately through Monzo Business and Stripe. Those providers handle the payment process and may provide One Fast Page with limited records such as the payer name, email address, amount, reference and payment status. One Fast Page does not receive your full card details. Their own privacy notices apply when you use a payment link.
Information may also be processed by providers used for website hosting, security and business email. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service. Information is not sold.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, their appropriate contractual or legal safeguards apply.
5. How long information is kept
Enquiry and project brief information is kept only for as long as needed to reply, prepare the requested work and manage the project. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant project, payment and communication records may be kept for the service, accounting and legal periods that apply. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer or object to how it is used. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
To make a request, use the enquiry form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
7. Cookies and analytics
One Fast Page uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall visits, page views and website performance. Cloudflare describes this as a privacy-first service that does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The results are viewed as aggregated website statistics rather than individual visitor profiles.
One Fast Page does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. Essential hosting and security technology may still operate when the site is requested. If optional cookies or advertising technology are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy will be reviewed when the form, service providers or use of information changes. The latest date will always appear at the top of this page.
