Clear expectations
Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms explain how an enquiry becomes a project, what the standard package includes and what both sides can expect.
Submitting an enquiry or project brief is free and does not create a contract. No payment is taken through either form.
1. The service provider
One Fast Page is an independent UK website service operated by T Biro. The service is intended for small businesses, sole traders, local services and people buying a website for business purposes.
Questions can be sent through the website enquiry form.
2. How a project starts
An enquiry or project brief does not reserve a place and does not create a contract. The project brief is used to understand your business and prepare the proposed website scope. Before work begins, you will receive a written summary confirming the scope, total price, expected timing, information needed from you and any separate domain or hosting cost.
A project starts only after you accept those details and complete any payment requirement stated in the written confirmation. Payment may be requested through a secure Monzo Business or Stripe payment link. Those providers process the payment; One Fast Page does not receive your full card details.
3. The £49.99 package
The introductory £49.99 package covers the standard single page website features listed on the main website at the time the project is confirmed. It includes up to two rounds of changes.
A revision round means one collected list of reasonable changes to the agreed page. A new page, major change of direction, advanced booking system, shop, custom application or other work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
4. Timing
The first version is usually prepared within 72 hours after all required information and any agreed payment have been received. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. Delays caused by missing content, late feedback, third party services or events outside reasonable control may change the timing.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Only provide logos, photos, reviews and text that you have permission to use.
- Have permission to share any personal information about another person that appears in the material you provide.
- Check names, prices, claims, qualifications and contact details before approval.
- Provide clear feedback within a reasonable time.
- Do not request unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
6. Domains, hosting and third party services
A domain name, hosting plan, paid software, payment service or other third party cost is separate unless the written project summary says otherwise. Where possible, these services should remain in your name and under your control. You are responsible for future renewals and third party terms.
7. Ownership and permitted use
You keep ownership of material you provide. After full payment, you may use the final approved website material created specifically for your project. Reusable development methods, general components, software libraries, fonts and third party tools remain subject to their existing ownership and licence terms.
8. Search results and business outcomes
Reasonable care will be used to create a working website and the agreed basic search setup. No specific Google position, number of visitors, enquiries, sales or other business result can be guaranteed. Search engines and third party platforms make their own decisions.
9. Cancellations and statutory rights
The service is primarily offered to people purchasing for business purposes. If you are legally acting as a consumer, nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. Any applicable cancellation right and any request to begin work before a cancellation period ends will be explained in writing before work starts.
Any cancellation or refund outside a statutory right will depend on the written project confirmation and the work already completed.
10. Problems and complaints
If something is wrong, send the details through the enquiry form and write Complaint in the message. A reasonable effort will be made to understand and resolve the issue directly.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are legally acting as a consumer, any rights you have about where a claim may be brought are not affected.
